After a courageous 5 year battle with ovarian cancer, Luhan passed quietly in her home December 6, 2019.
Beloved wife and greatest friend to husband Tom DeRemer, much loved mother of Alexander (Brian) Craven, stepchildren Jennifer (DeRemer) Finkel,
David (Rhiannon) DeRemer and
6 wonderful grandchildren.
Also survived by her father John N. Lizzio and partner Loryce Detra, loving sister Lynn Passanese and niece Ashley Hansen McCarter.
Predeceased by mother June Luh Lizzio and brother John E.Lizzio.
Interment of ashes and celebration of life is planned for spring in her home town of Niagara Falls, NY.
The family would like to thank all of the wonderful caring staff at Sarah Cannon Cancer Center, Nashville.
