Georgia Crunk

Georgia "Edna" Dorris Crunk, a life-long resident of Robertson County, Tennessee passed from this life into her heavenly home on September 5, 2017 at the miraculous age of 102.
Born on August 10, 1915, she was a devout Christian and member of Orlinda Baptist Church since 1950, where she served as the secretary for business meetings, cherished her time in caring for infants and children, and mentored young couples.
Edna was blessed with a large and loving family. She was an accomplished cook and enjoyed hosting family gatherings. She was a generous and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. While living in close proximity to the church, she and her husband, Charles, delighted in entertaining pastors and other members of the community in their home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin Forest & Lucy Dorris, loving husband of 56 years, Charles Crunk, son, Joe Bruce Crunk, and eight siblings.
She is survived by son, Walton Binkley Crunk (Becky), daughters, Joyce Crunk Osborne, and Jane Crunk Jackson (Steve), daughter-in-law Joyce Osborne Crunk, six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and two great- great grandchildren.
A celebration of Edna's life will be held Friday, September 8, 2017 at Orlinda Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with funeral service immediately following.
